Made to order

Every item from The Collecting Vet is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or isn't what you ordered, send us a message through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was lost, or it hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders go into production about 1 hour after they're placed. To cancel, message us through our contact page right away. Once an order is in production, it can't be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
